Excellent read, very interesting Bovril is better than marmite in my humble opinion :-)

Have a great flight and keep up the great work. I loved this post. I wasn't aware of Francoise Demulder, but have now gone down an incredible rabbit hole. I've also spent the last 20 years part-time in Bangkok. That image of Thammasat University is SO intense. I've stood outside the campus building so many times. Wild. Thanks again!

That image of Thammasat is one that I might have preferred not to see. Apparently it’s widely shared in Thailand, especially on the anniversary of that coup. Strange, the things that pass us by.
